This website is currently under review and information may not be accurate. We are refreshing the overarching partnership priorities for children and young people in Lancashire and expect these to be published, supported by new governance arrangements, in autumn 2018.

Quality Assurance

Lancashire Participation Network (LPN) aims to embed and improve active participation across Lancashire. One of our actions was to develop a Quality Assurance mark which is accessible to organisations, services and partnerships. This will not replace Hear by Right, which is a framework and standard for participation within organisations. Lancashire's Quality Assurance mark aims to be a stepping stone to accessing Hear by Right however, for some organisations, services and partnerships this may be as far as they get or indeed want to go.

We have set out to develop a Quality Assurance mark that will act as an encouraging and aspirational tool to help get it right for children and young people across Lancashire. In supporting and assessing organisations, services and Partnerships who apply we aim to provide clear pathways and solutions to improve and embed participation.

The tools below will provide you with information about the mark; guidance around how your organisation, service, or partnership can achieve it; and application forms to apply for it.
