Young People and Money Training Course

Free one day training course

Times are tough at the moment and no more so than for young people not in education, employment or training (NEET).  Now more than ever they need to become more financially responsible.  Young People And Money is a free one-day training course designed for practitioners to help embed financial learning into programmes targeted at NEET young people.

Funded by the Consumer Financial Education Body (CFEB an independent body established by the Financial Services Authority). Fairbridge Training has developed Young People And Money a FREE one-day training session.  This informative course delivers financial capability awareness so that you can help encourage young people to think about their own financial needs. 

Delivered across the north of England by experienced Fairbridge trainers Young People & Money explores subjects such as:

  • Understanding of the psychology of young people & money
  • Ideas on helping young people make the most of their money
  • Tools to enable young people to make informed choices
  • Skills to engage young people in financial matters
  • Help for young people to manage debt


Each delegate will receive an informative toolkit giving you lots of helpful activities to do with young people as well as helpful information on where to turn to for advice.  To book onto any of the young people and money days simply go to and complete the online booking form.  Select Fairbridge Training as the training provider then scroll through and select the day you wish to attend.
