Blaze is a new youth led culture and sport participation programme for Lancashire, Blackpool and the Fylde Coast that is part of WE PLAY, the North West cultural legacy programme for the London 2012 Olympic and
Paralympic Games.

The launch is a family friendly event and will include:

  • Shelley Woods, Bronze and Silver Paralympic Athlete
  • Presentations by Blaze young producers groups
  • A special preview of "BMX Beats"
  • Fun activities
  • Music and DJs
  • Food and refreshments
