Lancashire's Active Participation Strategy to be launched on Monday 22 February 2010 from 2:30pm to 6:00pm at the Woodlands Conference Centre in Chorley

The event will:

 

Present Lancashire's vision for Children & Young People's Service active participation in shaping the provision they access.

 

Introduce, `The Charter Express' self assessment framework adapted from Hear by Right, incorporating the principles of Lancashire's Children and Young People's Charter.

 

Make clear recommendations for the active participation of Children & Young People in Lancashire's Children's Trust arrangements.

 

Include good practice case studies in active participation from a range of services and partners.
