CYP Active Participation Audit
This audit forms an important part of the delivery of the Active Participation Strategy. It will ensure we have a strong evidence base that will determine how we develop participation work. Commissioning Flowchart
To support the Children and Young People's Trust Commissioning Cycle we have developed our Commissioning Flowchart. The flowchart identifies the steps that you will need to consider for each stage of the cycle, enabling robust commissioning decisions to be made. All of the processes can be applied at Strategic, Group and Family levels of commissioning.

Lancashire Break Time
