CYP Active Participation Audit

To support the Children and Young People's Trust Commissioning Cycle we have developed our Commissioning Flowchart. The flowchart identifies the steps that you will need to consider for each stage of the cycle, enabling robust commissioning decisions to be made. All of the processes can be applied at Strategic, Group and Family levels of commissioning.
