Lancashire CYP Trust Board

Lancashire Children and Young People's Trust Board focuses on making a positive difference to outcomes for children and young people.  Its main purpose is to define the strategic policy direction for services to children, young people and their families in Lancashire and to reconcile affordability against need.

Terms of reference

The vision and priorities of Lancashire Children and Young People's Trust, together with how improvements will be delivered, are set out in the Children and Young People's Plan.

The Trust Board is made up of 17 members representing organisations and sectors delivering services for children, young people and their families and is chaired by Louise Taylor, Interim Executive Director for Children and Young People.

Membership list

The Board meets four times a year.  In addition to this, there are two joint meetings with the Lancashire Safeguarding Children Board.  Over the year we also take the opportunity to bring together a wider range of the Lancashire CYP Trust workforce to take a more in-depth look at key priority areas as necessary.

Meeting dates 2016-17

Papers for meetings are circulated to members of the Trust Board a week in advance of each meeting.  Copies of papers from previous meetings are available from this website:
